Gut Reaction

Yes indeedy, that’s what I had on Saturday. Quite a strong one actually and fairly in disagreement with it’s contents! Explain yourself, young man I pretend to hear you cry. Well, I fell victim to a nasty bout of food poisoning. Twasn’t pleasant. It was either from my visit to Pizza Hut on the thursday or the ASDA curry I ate on the Friday. Either way, I spent the whole evening trying my level best to jump inside-out. Only the contents of my stomach and bowels succeeded in this task – the rest of me just wretched and wretched.
I wasn’t in work on Saturday – I rarely take time off so I guess they took me seriously, although I foolishly mentioned on the Friday that I was possibly going to the gf’s mother’s birthday party – my first assumption was that they’d all think I had a raging hangover – but that wasn’t the case.
It took me a full day of fasting to recover and I enjoyed a bite or two last night to celebrate my return to the whole eating thing.
Got a potential sale yesterday – we shall see later on today if it metaphorically bears fruit. One of my other’s from the hat trick week paid out in full – so BINGO BANGO again!
